This is the material for the training sessions on doing Bayesian NMA in R. This is an introductory session followed by a more advanced session.

• What and why of NMA
  • Binary data
• How to prepare the data input
• To talk about the OpenBUGS model (explaining how the model works for discrete and continuous outcome)
• How to obtain the results and how to interpret these

Part 2

• Extending the binary data model
• Survival analysis type data and binary data
  • Time to event (TTE)
  • Contrast-based summaries on the hazard scale

The repo contains all the files needed to produce the slides, worksheets and raw R code.
