[FEATURE] Kuwait Theme - Map View

What?

1. Handle locked status of modules in map view. This should be similar to the way we handle the locked status in the list view.
2. Rework the map view so that the path is more curvy and compressed.
3. Display image behind the map view. This relates to PR https://github.com/IDEMSInternational/open-app-builder/pull/2589 but might need some tweaking once we have (2).
4. Page scroll starting at bottom rather than top (and order modules accordingly). This is a nontrivial piece of work - I think it might be best to stick to top-to-bottom scroll for now.

How?

• Style curvy paths
