ARC Version 1.0.1 expands upon the library of questions tailored for outbreak responses, including coverage for COVID-19, Dengue, Mpox, H5Nx, and a user-generated set of questions for Oropouche. The CRFs are grouped into seven forms—‘presentation,’ ‘daily,’ ‘medication,’ ‘pathogen testing,’ ‘outcome,’ ‘follow-up,’ and ‘withdrawal.’ This version also introduces new and revised sections, such as a Critical Care Interventions section, expanded units for physical and laboratory variables, and updates to the Exposure History questions regarding animal contact. Additionally, SNOMED and UMLS codes for several variables have been updated for improved accuracy.

The questions comprehensively capture the relevant information from the time of presentation to the health facility, daily assessment during admission and at the discharge from the health facility.
