sim4life.io:

• aws lb target group names are terraform id (unreadable)
• docker login required on simcore nodes (manually fixed)
• python3.11 is not install on machines (update ansible scripts?)

tip.science:

• broken s3 endpoint (fixed)

ops:

• deploy_ops stage shall only be run manually (in STAG/PROD)
• REGISTRY_S3_ENDPOINT and S3_ENDPOINT usage is mixed up in osparc-ops-environments repo
• AWS TIP is the only deployment in non-default region. Too late to catch bugs
• make release-prod is tedious to repeat for all deployments
• external maintenance test is broken?
