Identity Server Relying Party Metadata

In order to setup Identity Server to act as a R-STS or Federation Gateway it was necessary to add a new federation metadata endpoint. The metadata exposed by the new endpoint directs clients to communicate with Identity Server using the hrd endpoint rather than the wsfed endpoint. The new metadata can be accessed through the View WS-Federation Metadata (RP) link on the Identity Server home screen.

The issue was identified when trying to register Identity Server as a relying party with AD FS 2.0.
