build(deps): bump xmldom and jsonld in /packages/lodex

Removes [xmldom](https://github.com/xmldom/xmldom). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [jsonld](https://github.com/digitalbazaar/jsonld.js). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `xmldom`

Updates `jsonld` from 3.1.1 to 8.1.0
