Dagger update

This updates dependencies for the whole project, including support for the latest version of Dagger

2.0 Release

This release focused on simplifying the setup of DriveChain and cleaning up mistakes from the original version.
Documents have been updated to show the new installation instructions as well as a simpler bootstrap version.
