v1.0: Release with open-omics-alphafold

• Accelerated version of the original hh-suite, commit id - 4c0cd66.
• Speeded up through 256- and 512-bit SIMD instructions (AVX2, AVX512) available on modern CPUs.
• Achieves ~2x speedup over the baseline.
