Add supplemental datum plutus test

Description

• Implement a plutus script that checks for a specific datum in the tx
• This datum has been included in the tx as a supplemental datum in the hprop_plutus_v3 test via the cardano-cli option --tx-out-datum-embed-file.

• New tests are added if needed and existing tests are updated. These may include:
