2. Using enKORE processor in Localhost

2.1. Download code

2.2. Dependencies to install

Git clone this repo:

git clone https://github.com/InvasionBiologyHypotheses/enKORE-corpus-processor.git

install deno - see https://deno.land/manual@v1.28.3/getting_started/installation

2.3. Running EnKORE-App locally

Check for deno commands, and feel free to add deno $PATH

Example:

/home/username/.deno/bin/deno --help

Running locally

Example:

/home/username/.deno/bin/deno task process
