Updates to sld v2.

sld from v2 requires pragma annotation to make the data available on the communication layer.

  • Compiler now requires by default S7.extern=ReadWrite or S7.extern=ReadOnly for members of a type to be transpiled.
  • For TIA2AX scenario and option -s was added where the pragmas are not required.

closes #263
