Some of the changes and improvements

fixed the --no-internet flag
fixed the updater, at last it works properly.
etcher install script automatically downloads the latest version available.
the LOADING... text that shows when Pi-Assistant is starting now appears after the flags. so if you run for example piassist --help the LOADING... won't appear.
