Possibly these should be elsewhere; but it greatly simplifies setup if these are carried along with the rest of infrastructure. And given that there is tight connection between these and the main code, I think they belong here. At some point we can possibly reduce the manual setup for this and pull this in to the jumphost / gateway setup.
