This PR improves SSH key handling overall.

Main changes:

  • now we don't rely on the external catalog script to collect conduits ssh public keys.
  • conduits ssh user only get authorized_keys installed vs previous authorized_keys_list
  • we enable every ssh key in authorized_keys to be able to run ansible in the bastion

Things to discuss, increase default value of fact_caching_timeout to 7 days?
