Hey, hey! I've roughly translated all Simplified Chinese strings.

Unfortunately, I have no local Android development environment, so I think the only way I can test the translation is downloading from GitHub CI. Maybe we can fix the CI? I can help.

Two groups of difficult-to-understand strings:

SpaceLaunchNow-Android/common/src/main/res/values/strings.xml

Lines 320 to 322 in c203049

	<string name="enable_notifications">Enable Notifications</string>
	<string name="enable_notifications_on">Notifications are on for upcoming launches.</string>
	<string name="enable_notifications_off">Allow Notifications for upcoming launches.</string>

SpaceLaunchNow-Android/common/src/main/res/values/strings.xml

Lines 296 to 298 in c203049

	<string name="allow_background">Allow Background Syncs</string>
	<string name="allow_background_on">Launch data will be synced even when the app is in the background.</string>
	<string name="allow_background_off">Allow Launch Data to sync in the background, required for Launch notifications.</string>

The meanings of these strings do not correspond to their on and off suffixes. Maybe the English strings themselves are wrong?

The TLDR; original sources for some of the packages required to build this, including the ancient version of Realm, is no longer available from any repository I can find.

I'm working on a KMP rewrite right now. Maybe about 25% with an MVP Beta.
