Added custom user range from the nightscout status + range indicators on the graph. Also removed the debugging text below the graph stickers.
The `/bg` command now displays fingerprick values from the past 30 minutes (from MBG entries or BG Check treatments) in both mg/dL and mmol/L Also some version updating thingies :)
