2.1 Update

- Thermal Expansion integration is back \o/
- Added Redstone Flux optional dependency (You need it if you use
Thermal Expansion anyway)
- Turned on Thermal Expansion integration by default
- Updated Gradle, Forge and mappings
- Code cleanups
