Simple mod to remove blood splatter, decapitations, and to give the zombie stripper some clothes. This version removes decap from skills and all weapons, as well as the player's base decap chance. If you find something is still decapping, please let me know. :) Updated for compatibility with Alpha 19.5. Enjoy!
