Removes in-built stochastic likelihood function, for example producing a histogram of the likelihood samples for pixelizations with different random seeds.
This functionality was important a few years ago, but its need has large been removed by improvements to how we perform pixelizaitons.
The code was difficult to maintain and therefore has been removed. Standalone stochastic functionality may be added to the
workspacein the future.
