Add Activity Systems

QOTW

• Add new questions to the queue.
• Remove questions from the queue (if they haven't been asked yet).
• List all queued QOTW questions.
• List all answers for a given question.
• Re-implement leaderboard and points calculation for users.
• Automatically post a new question each Monday and archive the old one.
• Ability for reviewers to mark answers as accepted or rejected.

Jam

• Add simpler implementation of Jam functionality, so basically just submissions and vote-counting.

General Purpose

• Simple reaction (or button?) poll command. Perhaps a poll would be better, since we can render a bar graph or pie chart with each reaction that's received.
• Anime profile picture witchhunt?
