To Test in Local :

1. Import the HospitalManagementDB to your Local Server
2. Visual Studio -> Tools -> Package Manager Console -> command "Update-Package Microsoft.CodeDom.Providers.DotNetCompilerPlatform -r"
3. update your DB Con string in Web.config
