Golgi-analysis-tool

The Golgi analysis method is based on the paper A novel imaging methodfor quantitative Golgi localization reveals differential intra-Golgi trafficking of secretory cargoes (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26764092/)

Two ways to get exe file:
- a. Download zip file from the latest release and extract.
- b. Download source code and run pyinstaller --noconfirm --distpath ./exe --workpath ./exe/build GolgiAnalysisTool.spec. The exe file is in ./exe/GolgiAnalysisTool folder.
