Compatibility library for ErrorUnit to work with SimpleInjector Dependency Injector.

At the start up of your application; You will need to set up the Injector with:

ErrorUnitCentral._Injector = new ErrorUnitInjector(); and ErrorUnitCentral._LinkInjector(container);
