Test file "CT_JPEG70.dcm" copied from DICOMSamples was originally sourced from Barre's Medical Image Samples. To the best of my knowledge this does not violate any copyright and the file itself does not contain any personally identifiable information.

Corresponding ImageMagick.jl#216 PR.

Waiting on ImageMagick.jl#215 PR to merge.
