This domain serves to gives ps3s the UpdateList.txt file for the respective region firstly, then secondly whichever ps3-updatelist.txt region is determined, gets the region PS3UPDAT.PUP from dXX01 domain where X is the region. This is what allows for Serving of PS3 Update files.
