Removed svea_managers from svear_core Removed all the maintainer variables and similar stuff
- (Re)Introduced `rosonic.py` for simplified node and parameter management. - Updated `setup.py` to include the new script and adjusted package structure. - Refactored `LocalizationInterface` to improve odometry subscribing/publishing (may remove publishing). - Moved `LidarInterface` for handling Lidar data with callback functionality to correct interfaces/ directory. - Cleaned up the project structure by removing obsolete scripts and directories. - Enhanced `PurePursuitController` with a TODO for future improvements. - Updated `bicycle.py` model to streamline initialization and state management.
