Fixed improper range display in the settings window
Added force-update whenever any setting (except enable) is changed
Added support for colored output
Added flask highlighting (the word flask will appear cyan)
Added "rare material" highlighting ("rare materials" will appear yellow)
Added configurable expansion of multi-material shifts
Added configurable "flask resolving", which accurately lists past shifts
Added countdown timer to window title (time remaining will be visible even if the window is minimized)
Added horizontal scrollbar (sorry!)
Added sensible feedback if Noita-Dear-ImGui isn't installed or isn't available
