CAPED AI is a collection of workflows that use deep learning and conventional computer vision-based tools to address a multitude of biological and biotechnological-related challenges faced by researchers today. It is a collection that includes VollSeg, Oneat, NapaTrackMater and is the mother of all supported Napari plugins based on these packages.
