The objective of this project is to clean and arrange the Nashville Housing Data. The dataset contains duplicate values, null entries, and concatenated values that need to be separated into distinct columns.
Several steps were implemented to accomplish this objective
- Import data into SSMS
- View entire data
- Standardize date format to Datetime
- Populate property Address Data
- Breaking out Address into Individual Columns (Address, City, State)
- Change Y and N to Yes and No in "Sold as Vacant" field
- Remove Duplicates
- Delete Unused Columns
