AbracaDABra 1.2

Version 1.2 changes:

• DABSDR 1.1.8 (fixes some audio problems)
• settings dialog redesigned again
• support for Airspy devices (sample rate 4096kHz required, tested with Airspy Mini)
• command line options added
  • currently only --ini (-i) implemented, used to select specific ini file instead of default
• many small changes and improvements
