Includes the following changes:

  • Add PAM support for Server Username and Password
  • Allow X-Avi-Version to be set on each Certificate Store to allow for use with older API Versions
  • Page Inventory results to allow for larger Inventory results
  • Use Session Authentication instead of Basic Authentication

* fix overwrite logic to not attempt duplicate cert add

* allow for X-Avi-Version to be set in store property

* add pam support to server username and password

* Update generated README

* add paging to cert inventory

* use session auth and login cookies for auth

* set correct default page size

* Add store_types workflow

* Created the vmware-nsx-orchestrator store_type readme stub md

* fix paging start

* Release 2.1.0

* apply csrf token and referer headers to all API requests

* update changelog
