By accessing, reading, or otherwise interacting with the Code (the “Code”)

              I. TEAM KHELOON PROPRIETARY ADDENDUM

1. Exclusive Ownership and Use
   a. The Code contained in this repository is the sole and exclusive
      intellectual property of Team KheloON.
   b. Only duly registered and authorized members of Team KheloON are
      granted any rights—express or implied—to use, copy, modify, or
      distribute the Code.
   c. Any use, copying, modification, adaptation, distribution, public
      display, or derivative work of the Code by anyone who is not an
      authorized member of Team KheloON is strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibited Uses
   a. The Code may not be used for any commercial, educational, competitive,
      hackathon, public event, or any purpose whatsoever by any person or
      organization other than Team KheloON members.
   b. The Code may not be incorporated in any project, resume, or public
      submission by any party that is not a Team KheloON member.
   c. Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions—whether by altering,
      rebranding, or any other method—will be considered a violation of
      these terms and may result in immediate legal action.

3. Anti-Plagiarism and Anti-Theft Provisions
   a. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or misappropriation of the Code
      is expressly forbidden.
   b. Any act of plagiarism or misrepresentation of the Code’s origin is
      strictly prohibited and will be met with legal action, including claims
      for damages and injunctive relief.

4. Termination of Rights
   a. Any breach of these proprietary terms shall result in the immediate
      revocation of all rights to access or use the Code.
   b. No waiver or subsequent remedy shall permit any person or entity
      (other than Team KheloON members) to gain any rights to the Code.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   a. This Addendum shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
      the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
   b. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Addendum shall
      be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in
