Added shared inventory templates so users can create templates and populate them from existing team inventory to reduce redundant data entry.

Backend includes a full templates router with CRUD and cross-team listing. Frontend includes a /templates page and template detail page where you can add and remove items from existing teams.

How to test:

• Go to Teamspaces → Templates and create a template
• Click into it, add items from an existing team and verify they appear without serial numbers or quantities
• Remove an item and delete the template
