Creating a Model Hierarchy for Osteotomy Planner

The Osteotomy Planner module requires a model hierarchy as its input. The hierarchy should contain one or more surface models that comprise the bone structure. A demo model hierarchy can be downloaded by clicking here.

Create a model hierarchy using Model Maker

The Model Maker module creates a hierarchy of models from a label map volume (one model for each label).

Create a model hierarchy using Models

A hierarchy can be created in the Models Module by right clicking on 'Scene' in the tree view and clicking 'Insert Hierarchy'. Models can then be dragged and dropped into the hierarchy.
