Fork the repo, rename to username.github.io, modify _config file, modify CNAME file with your domain or delete it, modify about.html file, privacy.html file, robots.txt file. Modify clean-blog.min.js file for Disqus and email contact form, _includes, tag, webmaster.html, google_analytics.html, favicon.html and replace all the posts and images with your data.
Modify all advertise codes with your advertise codes in adsense_bottom_post.html, adsense_index.html, adsense_top_comment.html, adsense_top_post.html, page_level_ad.html files.
