  1. refactor(pdk/log): optimize log serialize 

    ### Summary

Just some miscellaneous optimizations to log serializer:
- avoid unnecessary table creation and modification
- move variable creation closer to usage
- do not use tail calls
- remove EMPTY_TAB
- faster split by dot implementation
