Release v1.4

With this update I added Stand Upgrade Menu that lets you upgrade your stand, you can use it via /standupgrade.

Note: Stand configuration is changed so please DO IT IN THE NEW WAY.

And also with this update there's 6 MORE stands! Those are:

For next updates, i want to add GUI for more player friendly enterface and some updates so i added NBT API.
Fixed some issues with long ranged stands.
Now stands.yml will be reloaded too when /standp reload command used.

With this update i didn't add any stands but there's so much that been added. Those are:
->Added /standpick command, now the arrow will choose you a random stand and you can only play with 1 stand,
->Added /standuse command, after a stand given to you, you can use this command to get your stand item and use it,
->From now on you can only play with 1 stand(like in JJBA),
->These stands have raritys(configurable at config.yml),
->Added a option to open/close Mob Griefing for Magician Red,
->Fixed some issues with Heaven's Door,
->Made Killer Queen's explosion rate to 0(maybe in the next updates i'll try to fix griefing issues claims etc. but now it's up to you if you want to open it up it's configurable at config.yml)
