Live Domain Notifier using telegram bot

Usage:

1. /adddomain : Add a new domain to be monitored.
2. /checkdomain : Check if a specific domain is online.
3. /checklist: Check all domains in the filelist.txt.
4. /help: Show this help message.
5. /setcredentials <chat_id>: Set the bot token and chat ID
