Purpose

This pull request introduces several quality of life improvements and a dark mode feature to the Glimpser application.

Description

The changes include:

1. Dark Mode: Users can now toggle between light and dark mode by clicking the moon/sun icon in the top right corner. The user's preference is saved in the browser's local storage.
2. Back to Top Button: A "Back to Top" button has been added to the bottom right of the page, allowing users to easily scroll back to the top of the page.
3. Loading Spinner: A loading spinner is now displayed while templates are being loaded, providing visual feedback to the user.
4. Confirmation Modals: Confirmation modals have been added for the "Play All" and "Stop All" buttons, ensuring users don't accidentally trigger these actions.
5. Keyboard Shortcuts: Keyboard shortcuts have been added for common actions:
   • Ctrl + D: Toggle dark mode
   • Ctrl + T: Scroll to the top of the page
   • Ctrl + R: Reload templates
