Still has a few things not fixed - light - value - spawnrate
added in the tutorial for getting material png file and material mat file
I modified the values of the following scrap files to change the weight, the cost, spawn rates of the scraps. I also fixed the light issue in the Dino Nuggie scrap.

Still has a few things not fixed
