Pending a bit more discussion in #4, we need to develop a way to switch control modes.

This has been implemented (as of #97, which introduced the ability to switch from manual control to waypoint navigation) and can be updated as the discussions in #4 continue. The schema put forward in LakeMaps/schemas#10 (and LakeMaps/schemas#13, and even more LakeMaps/schemas@88a5dc9) should contain everything needed for Rev 1.3.
