local-hostname: Nếu set trùng instance-id hoặc sử dụng meta-data trên cùng một máy thì khi khởi chạy lại cloud-init ,nó sẽ kiểm tra có trùng instance-id k , nếu tồn tại thì sẽ bỏ qua các bước config
