ICOR v1.3

ICOR version 1.3 is being released after a peer review of the ICOR manuscript.

Major changes:

• ICOR optimization strategies have been renamed to provide more insight
• A high-frequency codon choice strategy has been added (CAI = 1.0)
• Support for MacOS

Minor changes:

• Python versioning fixes
• Package versioning fixes
• Hardcoding removed to have dynamic paths (to support all OS)

ICOR v1.2

ICOR is provided as an open-source software package along with the benchmark set of sequences.

ICOR Review

The ICOR GitHub Repo is now ready for review. In the next release, this repository will be fully ready for use.
