0.1.8.7 - webcam reworked

This is a major rework of how the webcam is working in UI Customizer. There is no longer a "double" webcam stream causing mem leaks and other horrible things. The new logic is as follows:

• If you have the webcam widget activated and the main webcam hidden there is only that one webcam feed/view
• If you have the webcam widget activated and the main webcam visible then when the control tab is shown then the webcam feed is shown there. If the control tab is not active then the webcam is shown in the widget.

Fixes:

• #231 - no scroll/pan/zoom on popup-windows on iOS
• #225 - Webcam minimize does not close webcam stream in chromium 96
