Scales and thorns

These instructions apply to all scales and thorns parts. They all come in pairs. Let's use parts 1 and 2 from scales sheet.

Cut parts along the pink line and stop to take a look at these tabs. They have the same texture as the skin and straight edges. When cutting, try making sinuous movements with the Craft knife, as shown below. That will make the tabs less visible when glued over the skin.

Glue one part to another and, when it completely dries, cut along the thorns, as shown below.

Don't forget to color white edges with a marker or pencil
