Initial release

This is the first versioned release of the CTutils package.
This includes very simple vignettes and example trial data (which is generated separately at https://github.com/LisaHopcroft/CTdata).

Future updates include:

• the ability to reference fundamental variables (e.g., those read in from the settings.yml file) within functions
• extended documentation
