Feature: Real-Time Message Rendering
This PR enhances the chat experience by enabling real-time message rendering with smooth and responsive interaction. Messages now appear instantly upon sending or receiving, with automatic scrolling to the latest message and visible timestamps for better context.
The implementation integrates seamlessly with existing message components, preserves the dark/minimal UI styling, and maintains responsiveness across devices. Wallet and SDK functionality remain unaffected.
