在无图形化界面的Linux系统上，原版转码会出现报错，并且很多版本的python环境无法顺利运行。因此，本PR进行了如下修复：

修复了转码报错的问题，现在可以顺利对录制的flv文件转为mp4
添加了成功运行的python（conda）环境复现的方法至README.md
