SGA V5 stores this inside the TOC block instead of a weird header placed before the data of the file. I can't be 100% sure, some files checked were 2014 I think? Which checks out with https://steamdb.info/app/4570/depots/ (Last updated 7 years ago from 2023 would be 2016) So I'd expect its possible for timestamp to produce values before that. Most values I saw were 2006, which preludes the release of DoW Game of the year edition; by a year. Which makes sense, sine they were working on it before its release in 2007. Considering the evidence, and that this was later rolled into the spec, I think its safe to assume the 'unk' in the data-block's per-file header is a timestamp.
Should probably automate that at some point
