Changes all "mb" and "gb" in strings, comments, and the lang file to "MB" and "GB", respectively.

This fixes where one could misinterpret "mb" as megabit, but actually was meant to be "megabyte".

This PR doesn't change any code.

I will not go into the discussion if "MiB" ("mebibyte") should be used as the correct term, since the industry is splitted with 2 standards:

  • The International Electrotechnical Commission states that a "KB" means 1000 bytes and a "KiB" means 1024 bytes.
  • The Joint Electron Device Engineering Council states that a "KB" means 1024 bytes.
